6 April - Kite nest visits becoming more frequent

The past several days have seen the kite visits to the nest becoming more frequent, with them often sitting for longs periods, as well as 'bedding down' the nest. The birds are often visiting more than half a dozen times a day.

Today saw them both fly onto the nest with food, one proceeded to stay for more than half an hour before finally flying away.

Hopefully, the kites should begin to nest within the next couple of weeks.
