Incubating is under way, with both parents taking turns to sit on the nest. The female, however, always appears to be more 'settled' when sitting, and the male never seems to sit still!

The eggs are rarely left uncovered, but yesterday (3 May) the female left the eggs uncovered for a grand total of five minutes. The eggs should hatch within the next three weeks, that's when the fun begins!
